Job Description

We're assisting an amazing client with a Contract-hire Corporate/Litigation Paralegal position in Walnut Creek, CA. In this role, you'll support corporate governance, commercial contracting, litigation management, and compliance programs across a dynamic, multi-entity organization. You'll work closely with Legal, Finance, HR, Operations, and external counsel to keep the business running smoothly and in full compliance. This is a hybrid position.

The right candidate will ideally have 5+ years of combined experience in litigation, commercial contracts and corporate governance. Additional experience in business immigration is a plus but not required.

What you'll do:

  • Maintain corporate records and support domestic and international entity management
  • Coordinate litigation matters, discovery, legal holds, and outside counsel workflows
  • Prepare board materials, resolutions, and meeting minutes
  • Assist with business immigration matters
  • Lead contract lifecycle processes and support review of NDAs, vendor/customer agreements, and commercial contracts
  • Support compliance programs, regulatory filings, audits, and privacy requirements (e.g., CPRA)
